Hobbies as an adult can be hard to find or maintain but we really believe its worth the extra effort to add those pockets of sunshine throughout your week. So much of our lives revolves around our 9-5 jobs but what we do in our free time is truly just as important to creating a happy and successful life. 

Whether you are a quality over quantity or a large friend group kinda person this episode is for everyone. Throughout our lives our amount of close friends fluctuates sometimes leaving us feeling like everyone has more friends than us, but having more friends doesn’t necessarily mean they are more fulfilled in their relationships.

Hey guys, It’s Abby for a solo episode while solo traveling! Traveling means the world to me. It allow me to gain new perspectives and reconnect with myself. This trip has already been so impactful and I wanted to share the benefits of traveling with you. 

Who gave them the audacity?? These anecdotes range from “we can laugh about it now” to “that is absolutely appalling and they should seek help immediately.” Here’s to all the girls who put up with stuff they shouldn’t have.  You deserve better!! 

You've got troubles, well I've got 'em too. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you. We stick together and we see it through. You've got a friend in me. The girls are down bad this week, in all sense of the term. Life in your twenties is not all sunshine and rainbows and we are still figuring out some things. Boy troubles, decision making, career choices, financial issues. We are dealing with all of it. Maybe this will make you feel a little less alone.
