Owning the Wait

You're never too good for the dirty work

Listen Later

Your business owns you. That's why you have to love it, guys. On this episode, I am literally on the highway in St. Louis driving around one of my delivery trucks doing a food transfer from one store to another to level out inventory. This is something I have done since fit-flavors had it's first brick and more tan 7.5 years ago.

When you're a business owner, you need to be okay doing the dirty work because that's how you stay connected to your business and your people. If you're trying to start something or you're running something and working for someone. It's not that it's about doing more work, but expect to do more than you expected. To be successful, put in the time, have follow through, you have to be okay failing and coming back from those failures. When you come back from a failure, there's something more to learn.

This episode will encourage you to leave that victim mentality behind and do the damn work. You're never too good for the dirty work.
