Truthfully, you are “on track” 99% of the time!

Why are we talking about this? It’s one of the most common things we hear from our clients. This idea of “not being able to stick to” what they think they “should do,” and feeling like something is wrong with them when they eat a Hersey’s kiss. 

We want to talk about all the stuff you do right!

There are so many messages telling women that we are doing food all wrong.  We don’t think you should be adding to those messages when you talk to yourself.
