Why do we have such high expectations of ourselves? 

Why do we have more expectation for people than we have for GOD? 

Why are we surprised when people fail us? 

Your expectations should never supersede the ones you have for GOD, because he will never fail you. Stop expecting something or someone to give you something that only GOD can. 

Grace is God's way of saying that all of your mistakes now serve a purpose instead of serving shame. 

God's grace is optional but an opportunity that all of us has a chance to partake in, it's up to us to be willing and know that he has our back 100% but it can't be one sided. Grace will afford you the opportunity to start over but you have to be willing to grow and keep moving forward. 

Why are we always considering ourself last? 

Well it's time for you to get it together! Considering yourself last will have you going crazy and thinking you have to do everything to please people who don't serve you any purpose. This episode teaches us how to consider ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
