Hey you, yes you, welcome ……….
Let’s chat……….
You’re Not Overreacting — You’re Undervalued
Let’s get something straight.
If that phrase hits you hard, there’s a reason.
You’re not “too emotional.” You’re not “too dramatic.”
And you’re definitely not “overreacting.”
What you are… is undervalued.
And I don’t just mean by other people.
I mean by systems. By roles. By your past.
Sometimes… even by yourself.
We’ve been trained — yes, trained — to second-guess our instincts, soften our tone, play small, and shrink our power in the name of being polite, nice, or likable.
But let me ask you something real:
What if your reaction isn’t the problem — but the world’s inability to honor your worth is?
Here’s My Two Cents & Pearl of Wisdom
Some may call them …..”Truth Bomb”
You’re not overreacting, my friend.
You’re reacting appropriately to years of being dismissed, unheard, overlooked, or constantly expected to carry it all without complaint.
That reaction? That emotion? That voice shaking in your throat?
It’s the sound of your spirit saying, “I’m done being silent.”
So, what now………..you get a choice
Self-Empowerment Starts With This:
If something feels off, it is. If you feel overlooked, you probably are.
Your gut is wise — and it’s time to stop apologizing for listening to it.
You don’t owe anyone access to your peace, your body, your energy, or your time.
Saying no doesn’t make you mean. It makes you clear.
Surround yourself with people who remind you:
You are not too much.
You are enough — and then some.
What’s the Impact of This Truth?
When we name the real problem — undervaluation — we stop gaslighting ourselves.
We begin to say:
“I am allowed to feel that. I am allowed to speak up. I do deserve better.”
And that’s the moment power returns to its rightful owner: YOU
Because the truth is….
You are not here to be dismissed.
You are here to disrupt.
If You Need a Reminder…
Say this out loud:
“I’m not overreacting — I’m finally reacting with the strength I’ve been holding back.”
“I’m not being too much — I’m being exactly who I was always meant to be.”
“I’m not just surviving — I’m rising, reclaiming, and reminding the world: I matter.”
Thank you so much for stopping and I hope that you listen to the episode because it has so much more to give that I know that will benefit you.
Follow and share, tell a friend, let’s build our community strong and grow together .
