The truth is, when you neglect your needs, you give others permission to neglect them too. You have to realize that, You matter. The way the world treats you matters. Most of the time, people closest to you are willing to accommodate you.

In this episode, we have a special guest, Rudy. At a young age, Rudy was diagnosed with something called Ankylosing Spondylitis. Ankylosing Spondylitis is an inflammatory disease that, overtime can cause bones in the spine to fuse.
