CBS6 Albany's Heather Kovar was suspended after appearing disheveled, slurring, and calling the weather anchor the wrong name on the Saturday evening news.

Kovar lost her father in May and after time off to mourn his loss, she returned to a grueling schedule. It’s a position millions of people face every single day.
