Ron Klein is an ordinary man who accomplishes extraordinary things. He is a PROBLEM SOLVER. Every solution has resulted in monumental change, either in a new invention or a simple solution. His innovative ideas have literally changed the world. He is the inventor of the Magnetic Strip on the Credit Card, Credit Card Validity Checking System and the developer of computerized systems for Real Estate (MLS) Multiple Listing Services, Voice Response for the Banking Industry and BOND Quotation and Trade Information for the New York Stock Exchange.

Ron's latest patent is for a device that enables a visually impaired person the ability to identify an item when in physical range of that item. It utilizes a smartphone and special coded adhesive labels.

Married with two children and four grandchildren. He and his wife, Arlene, married 62 years, live in Sarasota, Florida.

Ron and Arlene have a special love for animals and serve to create a better tomorrow for all animals.

Ron is also a Senior Olympian bicyclist medal winner, and sailing enthusiast.

Jeffrey Madoff is the founder of Madoff Productions, based in New York City. A gifted storyteller and incisive interviewer, Jeff has used those talents to help position major brands such as Ralph Lauren, Victoria's Secret, Radio City Music Hall, and the Harvard School for Public Health.

Jeff began his career as a fashion designer. He was chosen one of the top 10 designers in the U.S. then switched careers to film and video production. He has since expanded his reach to include teaching, book and playwriting, and theatrical producing.

He is an adjunct professor at Parsons School for Design, teaching a course he developed called "Creativity: Making a Living with Your Ideas". The book about his class, "Creative Careers: Making a Living with Your Ideas", was published by Hachette in 2019. The podcast launched in 2021.

Jeff has recently been a guest on The Tim Ferriss Show and Entrepreneurs on Fire with John Lee Dumas. He has also been a featured speaker at Wharton School, NYU Steinhardt, North Carolina State, SXSW Brazil, Google Next and many others.

He has written and is producing a play based on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame legend, Lloyd Price.

Scott helps remote teams and students connect through play.

Scott Novis is the founder of Bravous, a company that is helping businesses increase retention by facilitating highly dynamic live and virtual video game events for their employees. Scott comes from an eclectic background of professional influences; he has two engineering degrees, spent decades as a video game executive, and worked as a Disney executive before leaving to found GameTruck, a nationwide franchise company that provides social gaming spaces for children at parties and special events.

When Teresa was in grade school in the late 1950s, she was punished for talking out of turn in class (I know we were shocked too!). The teacher decided that her "punishment" was to be seated next to the only African American child in the class. Teresa certainly didn't see this as much of a punishment for herself, but even at that young age she was acutely aware of how humiliating this must have been for the other child. That incident was the beginning of her commitment to seeing things from other peoples' perspectives, and the power of both verbal, and non-verbal communication.

Whether guiding business leaders to reach new heights, coaching individuals to increase results by bettering their presentation skills or mentoring women of all ages, Teresa works with joyful determination to ensure her clients leave their time together challenged, and in an enhanced position to reach their goals. Teresa has found there are certain universal principles that work consistently. "When we communicate from the best of who we are," she says, "from what's most important to us, we inspire ourselves and we can inspire others. There's communication, not just data exchange."

When we look at the depth and diversity of Teresa's entrepreneurial experiences, we often joke that it appears she has had many incarnations. She has done everything from running a successful gourmet cheesecake business from her home (yes, she was head baker too!), to running a company that offered high-end video production services to corporate clients.
