This episode is all about how patterns that exist in your relationship to yourself, set the stage for the patterns that exist in every other relationship.

We talked about the pattern of over holding as an example, and what it can attract in a partner, job situation, dynamic, friendship- and how it mirrors back to fundamental identity, and how the problems you have in your life, come to match the patterns you carry, and serve the patterns you carry- and that you can fix them all, by doing foundational work on yourself, and if you want a method, my come back to yourself in 30 days program is designed for foundational healing specifically. Self love, truly is the answer to it all. We also talk about what self love actually is and how most people have no idea they do not actually love themselves. Because if they did, they'd be helping themselves to heal, instead of accepting what they know is not safe or healthy for them. We also address that in come back to yourself, because I believe that if we aren't modeled self love- we won't know that we don't have it, and spirit, would love it if we did, because we deserve that. We all deserve that.

Because truly, there's a truth under all of those patterns. There's a truth we don't want to face because of what it says about us- and to face it, challenges our own narrative in such a deep way that when healed...we find liberation in every single area of our life- because that pattern is active in every single area of your life because it's part of your base foundational energy.

We also talk about, in this episode, how our patterns will seek patterns that match it if our identity is struggling due to our past experiences, that our patterns will seek out people who match it and can uphold it- like in the case of deeply toxic relationships. Working at the foundational level can stop us from attracting the same dynamic in partners, job situations, friendships, family- because when our identity is no longer compatible, we are no longer compatible.
