yourfavepsychotherapist's shortcast

If your child wants a firetruck theme birthday party RUN do not walk to call @hookandladderparty. This was the most elaborate well thought out party that taught the kids about fire safety, what it takes to be a fire fighter and let them go for a ride in the truck. I got calls from all the parents about how much their kids loved this ! #boymom #birthdaypartyideas #themedparty

Little kids can be HARD!! My 3 year opd is very strong eilked and we are really towards using our words not our hands and not just screaming. This is the progress we have made so far in building boundaries wheb he does want to be touched. #mentalwellness #thoughtsfromatherapist #mentalhealthmatters #therapytok #thoughtsfromatherapist #therapytiktok #boundaries #therapy #selfcare
