We will discuss the importance of boundaries and communication in overcoming challenges in broken relationships,
focusing on personal experiences with divorced parents and the path toward hope, understanding, and resilience.

Navigating today’s societal challenges impacts our mental health, with stress responses playing a complex role. We will illuminate the purpose behind stress, anxiety, and depression, guiding participants toward greater resilience.
