January 20, 2023 Should you hire a therapist or a life coach?
In this episode I get very candid about why I left my therapist and hired a life coach instead. I knew that I needed something different. Somehow I could feel that therapy has run it’s course for me right now.

I had followed the instructions, stayed on the prescribed path to healing and growing…. But I knew that I needed more. I needed different. I needed something or someone to show me how to focus on my future in ways I’d never seen before.

I stared asking around to other women who were living these beautiful, brave, independent lives to hear from them how they created that. The resounding answer was a life coach.

Two months later, I was in my first group coaching container and I’ve never looked back. Hiring coaches has been the single best financial investment I have ever made in myself.

I get really candid about this experience and process for me in episode 11 of my podcast, You’ve Got a Life to Love.
