Shannon shares her top tips for staying present. Gratitude is the star of the show here! Appreciating even the tiniest things can ground us and bring a cascade of positive vibes into our lives.

1. Practice Gratitude: - Find five things to be thankful for each day. Whether it's your perfect morning coffee or an easy commute, acknowledge those little things that make your day brighter.

2. Slow Down: - Get into the habit of doing things at a relaxed pace. It could be something as simple as brushing your teeth more mindfully or taking a slow stroll. Your body and mind will thank you!

3. Make a Happiness List: - Jot down activities that genuinely light you up and fit them into your routine. Nothing is too big or too small.
