In today's episode I'm just discussing three reasons that people typically will hit a plateau with fat loss. These are not science-based biological reasons. These are mental blockages that people experience when they feel they deserve more than what they are putting in for effort. You are not entitled to results. Just because you got some results from a certain set of habits and routines, doesn't mean it's gonna take you all the way to the end. There are levels to this game.
