Additionally, this podcast highlights how anyone of any faith can integrate mindfulness into their daily life and gain the benefits of doing so. Wendy is a Certified Instructor in CBCT (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training), a program of Emory University that teaches course participants methods for cultivating mindfulness and compassion to reduce stress and increase happiness and care for others and oneself.
