In this episode, we unpack Bianca’s recent experience at Sivananda ashram in India - from the daily rituals and teachings to the challenges and beautiful moments along the way. We talk through the full itinerary, what it really means to live yogic principles, and how to bring these ancient lessons into our modern lives.

Some Ashram Learnings:

  • Your inhale is only as good as your exhale. 
  • Control the breath to control the mind. 

5 Points of Yoga:
  1. Proper Exercise (Asana) – Like servicing your car, movement keeps the system running smoothly. 
  2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama)– Breath is life. Without it, we can’t function at our best. 
  3. Proper Relaxation (Savasana) – Let the car cool. Avoid burnout. 
  4. Proper Diet (Vegetarian) – Fuel the body with sattvic food for clarity and strength. 
  5. Positive Thinking & Meditation – You are not the car, you're the driver. Awareness changes everything.
