2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama)– Breath is life. Without it, we can’t function at our best.
3. Proper Relaxation (Savasana) – Let the car cool. Avoid burnout.
4. Proper Diet (Vegetarian) – Fuel the body with sattvic food for clarity and strength.
5. Positive Thinking & Meditation – You are not the car, you're the driver. Awareness changes everything.
