killer, but the problem of stopping this guy and his wife, who is as bad as he is, could have been
solved in a different and simpler manner, by a pure emergency response that would have been
that, that a Security Council decision had sent a special task force to Belgrade to remove
Milosevic and his wife, who were also war criminals, from circulation – in whatever form it would
have been necessary, it would have been an emergency response which would have prevented
hundreds of thousands or even millions from suffering. But what is now being done with the war
only amounts to getting the arms and war industry in all NATO countries, and especially in
America, up to speed again, so that so many millions of workers can be employed again and so
that the ruble can roll again. This also applies to the fact that, after the end of the war in Kosov
