Hello Garci?” ... there is not a doubt in anyone’s mind that it was GMA in the call. That voice is as distinct as anything else about her ... Her denial is only making things worse, making people angrier or just making her look dumber and shameless in general. GMA knows this as well as anyone. "It is 2008. The Philippine Weightlifting Association picks a wild card entry to the summer Olympics. It’s a young lady who has been on the scene for a little while now, and is known for her consistent ethic and passion for the sport. In doing so, the Association actually sets the path for the Philippines to win its first Olympic gold. While they do not know that at the time, what they do is still unprecedented – in their selection of a young Hidilyn Diaz, not only do they send only the sixth weightlifter in Filipino history to the Olympics, they also send the first female weightlifter."
