What does Yura Nuki mean? How did I come up with this crazy name? Not so crazy, once you understand. This is all about finding the beauty within your strength of enduring difficult life events. How do we become strong individuals?

We all have the dream of what we want our futures to shape into, but we often don’t have a plan of how we are going to get there.  Like most, I dreamed I’d go to college and meet an amazing guy and we’d have a huge wedding with all of our friends and family in attendance.  We’d get married and have 4 kids and we’d all sit down to a home cooked meal every night.  Our evenings and weekends would include attending practices and games for the kids.  Our summers would be filled with fun family vacations.  It all sounds so perfect, but reality is much different.

How do you determine your strength? How do you manage your emotions to make the best of your situation?

How to stand up when it is dark and hard to see the light at the end. Use your strength to stand and recognize your beauty. You are beautify and you are strong! 

Do you lead with confidence or are you really just insecure? How our body language can send the wrong message to those around us.  Being strong doesn't mean we have to be the biggest and loudest person in the room.
