He was martyred and Anas(ra) weeped.

Haraam ibn Milhaan(ra) the uncle of Anas(ra). He was sent to preach to unbelievers and they treacherously martyred him.

He was one of the Ashabus Saf. He was who the Prophetﷺ said that if he took an oath Allah(SWT) would fulfill it.

He was one of the key people in the battle of Yamama against the false prophet Mosaylama.

Anas ibn Maalik (ra) Session 6

The blessed paternal aunt Rubaayi bint Nadhar (raa) the mother of the illustrious martyr of Badr, Haaritha ibn Suraaqa (ra).

Thus Anas's (ra) first cousin was an eminent martyr at Badr.

Another paternal uncle of Anas, the majestic Badree Aboo Zayd (ra) was one of the four 'living Qurans' during the lifetime of the Prophet ﷺ.
