Humility, modesty, and forbearance are virtues that are essential for Muslims. Allah has revealed that we should be humble towards one another and we should not boast to one another.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Verily, Allah has revealed to me that you must be humble towards one another, so that no one wrongs another or arrogantly boasts to another.

They tell us that the Akhirah is more real than the ground under our feet.
