Synopsis
In every city – and ideally in every neighborhood and community – a women’s organization should be established for the purpose of spreading Yiddishkeit in general, and specifically for promoting Taharas Hamishpacha among married women and those preparing for marriage. They should arrange a place where women can learn the laws and customs properly, and print publications in the local language, which should be compiled by those who are experts in both the laws and in their ability to translate them properly and accurately. They should be well written, in a way that will engage the readers and inspire them to keep the laws in practice. They should also include the addresses of all the kosher mikvahs in the city. The organization should also maintain contact with the rabbis officiating marriages in the city, to find out who is getting married, and to find ways to encourage them to build their homes upon the foundations of Torah and mitzvahs. Since “The heart of the Jewish people is awake,” they will certainly find success, and also use the opportunity to discuss all the mitzvos that depend primarily on the woman of the home.
