הוראה ממ"ש בזהר עה"פ [בשני דפ' בחוקותי] "ונתתי שלום בארץ" – "שלמא דארעא שלמא דביתא שלמא דעלמא": לכל לראש צ"ל "שלמא דארעא" – שלום ב"ארץ חפץ" שבכל יהודי, בין היצ"ט ויצה"ר, "ואהבת.. בכל לבבך" – בשני יצריך. ועי"ז נעשה "שלמא דביתא" – שלום בכל בית יהודי, שמתבטל המצב של אי-שלום בין ההורים לילדים וכו' כי כולם מתנהגים עפ"י הוראות התורה. ועי"ז נעשה הענין ד"שלמא דעלמא" – ע"י כל פעולה טובה של כאו"א בכחו להביא שלום בכל העולם, מתחיל מ"ונתתי שלום בארץ" (הידועה) – ארץ ישראל, שניתנה לכאו"א מישראל כ"נחלת עולם" מ"אלקי עולם"! איזה מקום יש ב"דמוקטרטי'" כש- 12 או 20 אנשים מחליטים, ואח"ז 120 אנשים (ביניהם גם אינם-יהודים) מאשרים, לתת לגוי שטחים מא"י בלי לקבל רשות ע"ז מכאו"א מ-13 מיליון בנ"י בכל מקום שהם?! גזילת רכושם של ישראל היא היפך דמוקטרטי', נגד התורה והקב"ה! הכלי ל"ונתתי שלום בארץ" הוא ההנהגה עפ"י שלימות התורה וכו'

Synopsis
On the verse (in sheini of Parashas Bechukosai), “And I will grant peace in the land,” the Zohar states: “Peace of the land, peace of the home, peace of the world”: First there must be “peace of the land” - peace in the “land of desire” in every Jew, between the evil inclination and the good inclination (“‘And you shall love... with all your heart’ - with both of your inclinations”). And this brings “peace of the home,” peace in every Jewish home; following the Torah eliminates the strife that exists in the world between parents and children etc. And this brings “peace of the world”: every good deed of every Jew has the power to bring peace to the entire world, starting from “And I will grant peace in the Land” – Eretz Yisrael, which was given to every Jew as an eternal inheritance from the Eternal G-d! What place is there in “democracy” for a group of 12 or 20 people to decide, and afterwards for 120 people (including non-Jews) to approve it, to give away part of Eretz Yisrael without the permission of every one of the 13 million Jews everywhere?! Stealing the property of the Jewish people goes against democracy, against the Torah and against Hashem! The vessel for Hashem to “grant peace in the land” is acting according to the complete Torah etc.
