1) למרות שדובר כמ"פ שאין שום ענין להסתכל ללא הרף על איש פלוני וכו', ועאכו"כ בעת התפילה שעפ"י שו"ע צ"ל ההתבוננות ב"דע לפני מי אתה עומד" וכו' – לא הועילו הדברים, ואדרבה. ולכן: מכאן ולהבא או שזקני החסידם וכיו"ב ידאגו לתיקון הדבר, ואם לא, לא תהי' לי ברירה אלא לעשות זאת בעצמי וכו'... 2) מבואר בכ"מ אודות הפעולה שנפעלת באדם ע"י הראי' והסתכלות, הן לטוב והן למוטב, וזה חשוב במיוחד בנוגע לילדי ישראל בגיל החינוך. ולכן יש להשתדל שהצעצועים שנותנים לתינוק בדמות בעלי-חיים, ועד"ז בציורים שמראים לילדים כדי להקל עליהם הלימודים ובחוברות שלהם וכו' – יהיו הבעלי-חיים – טהורים. וזה נוגע ביותר כאשר מתכוננים לקיום היעוד דלעת"ל "ואת רוח הטומאה אעביר מן הארץ", שיש להשתדל שכבר עכשיו תהי' ההנהגה מעין זה ולפעול בכ"מ האפשרי שישתמשו רק בציורים טהורים, ועוד יותר – קדושים.

Synopsis
(1) Though it’s been mentioned many times that one shouldn’t stare incessantly at a certain person, especially during davening when one must contemplate Hashem’s greatness and “Know before Whom you stand” etc. – it hasn’t helped, and quite the opposite. Therefore: from now on, either the elder Chassidim and the like will take care of the matter, or else I will have no choice but to do it myself… (2) It’s discussed in several places that a person is affected by what they see, and this is especially important when it comes to children. Therefore, effort should be made that when toys and children’s educational books and the like use pictures of animals, they should be kosher animals. Especially nowadays, when we are preparing for the coming of Moshiach, when “I will remove the spirit of impurity from the earth”: to prepare for that time of purity, it is important wherever possible to use only pure images, and moreover, holy ones.
