א) הוראה ממ"ש בשלישי דפ' בחוקותי "ואשבור מוטות עולכם" – ביטול כל עניני עול שיוכלו לעסוק בלימוד התורה באופן "תורתו אומנתו" ע"ד רשב"י. ב) בפנימיות התורה נתבאר התוכן דחלק שלישי דפ' בחוקותי המדבר בענינים בלתי-רצויים ש"לפי האמת אינם רק ברכות", וכמו שמציין הצ"צ בלקו"ת בענין זה שזהו ע"ד סיפור הגמ' במו"ק אודות רשב"י ששלח את ר"א בנו להתברך ואמרו לו לשונות שהיו נראים לכאו' כהיפך הברכה, וחזר ואמר לאביו "לא מיבעיא דברוכי לא בירכן אבל צעורי צערן", ואמר לו רשב"י "הנך כולהו ברכתא נינהו כו'" והסביר לו איך זה וכו', ומזה מובן גם בנדו"ד ש"לפי האמת אינם רק ברכות", ואדרבה, ברכות נעלית ביותר, מבחי' החסדים הנסתרים, שלכן נאמרו בלשון שנראה לכאורה היפך-הברכה. ועוד.

(1) Shelishi of Parashas Bechukosai states, “and I broke the pegs of your yoke and led you upright” – meaning the nullification of every kind of yoke, so that one can engage in Torah study to that extent that “Torah is his occupation,” like Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai. (2) The inner dimension of Torah explains how although the parashah seems to say negative things, “in truth, they are only blessings.” As the Tzemach Tzedek notes in Likkutei Torah, this is like the story of the Gemara in Moed Katan: Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai sent his son Rabbi Elazar to receive a blessing from two sages, but what they told him sounded like the opposite blessings. He told his father, “Not only did they not bless me, but they caused me pain,” but father explained that, “These are all blessings,” and explained how they were blessings etc. From this we can understand in our parashah, too, that “in truth they are only blessings,” and to the contrary, they are very lofty blessings, from the hidden levels of kindness, which is why they are expressed in language that appears like the opposite of blessing.
