בקשר לזה שלאחרונה עלתה קס"ד לפגוע בשלימות התורה, העם והארץ – באתי בזה ב"הצעה נפשית", שבמשך חגה"ס – שאז בא בגלוי השליטה של בנ"י על ע' האומות, כמ"ש בהלל "הללו את ה' כל גויים . . כי גבר עלינו חסדו" (ועוד) – כאשר ילכו להביא את מצוות ושמחת החג לבנ"י במסגרת ה"מבצעים" – יצרפו עמם גם יהודי ממדינה אחרת, ולהציגו כך, וזה יחזק בעולם ועד להגוי, גם זה "אשר בקרבך", את הענין שכל יהודי, בכל מקום שהוא, המתעסק בעניני תומ"צ וב"תוקף" הרי הוא המושל והשולט. וגם לצרף עמם יהודי מאה"ק, ולהציגו כך – שזה יבליט עוד יותר שהיהודי הוא הבעה"ב על א"י, עד שגם הגוי רואה שהנה בא יהודי מאה"ק ולא מתפעל מן המלעיגים ורוקד בחה"ס! וזה ישלול בתכלית סברא של פגיעה באה"ק, ואדרבה – זה יהי' התחלת הענין ש"עתידה א"י שתתפשט בכל הארצות". וכך יעשו גם בכל מקום ששומעים זאת ע"י הטלפון וכו' (אלא שלהזהר לעשות כ"ז באופן של שלום ו"אל תתגרה בגוי").

Synopsis
In response to the talk lately of plans to infringe upon the completeness of the Torah, the people, and the land – I have a heartfelt suggestion: on Sukkos (when the control of the Jewish people over the seventy nations is manifest, as we say in Hallel, “Praise Hashem, all nations…for His kindness has overwhelmed us”), when going out on Mivtzaim, every group should include a Jew from another country, and he should be presented as such. This will bolster the notion, even for a goy, and including for the “goy within you,” that every Jew, wherever he is, who engages in Torah and mitzvos firmly, controls the world around him. They should also include a Jew from the Holy Land, which will further highlight how a Jew is the owner of Eretz Yisrael, to the extent that even a goy sees that here’s a Jew from Eretz Yisrael, and he isn’t deterred by the scoffers, and he’s dancing on Chol Hamoed Sukkos! This will totally negate any thought of infringing upon the Holy Land, and on the contrary – this will mark the beginning of the future era when “Eretz Yisrael will expand to all the lands.” The same should be done in other places where this is being heard by telephone etc. (but it should be done in a peaceful manner and “without provoking” the goy etc.).
