[המשך] בנוגע לקרבן תמיד נאמר "את קרבני לחמי". ענינו של לחם הוא לחבר הנשמה עם הגוף. וכמו"כ ישנו ענין ה"לחם" שמחבר את ה"נשמה" של כל העולם, הקב"ה, עם העולם, היינו חיבור והמשכת אור האלקי בעולם (אמנם הקב"ה מצ"ע הוא למעלה משייכות אל העולמות, אבל לאחרי שנברא העולם צ"ל חיבור דאלקות עם העולם). והקב"ה בעצמו גילה לנו בתורה ש"לחם" זה הוא ענין הקרבנות, ובפרט קרבן תמיד שהוא קרבן עולה, ועכשיו זהו ענין התפלה באופן של "קרבן עולה" שהוא כולו לה'. האמור מודגש במיוחד בהתוועדות שמתקיימת ביום חול שבו עוסק יהודי ב"עובדין דחול" (משא"כ בשבתות ויו"ט, ועד"ז בחוה"מ ובר"ח (ביחס לימי החול וכו')), ואעפ"כ מתחיל ומסיים גם יום כזה עם "קרבן עולה" וענין התפלה, שעי"ז ממשיך ומגלה את ה"נשמה" של העולם גם ב"עובדין דחול", ועי"ז נמשכת ברכה בנוגע לכל עניניו ב"בני חיי ומזוני רוויחא".

The verse calls the tamid offering “My offering, My bread.” Just as physical connects body and soul, there is also the “food” that connects the “soul” of the world – Hashem – to its “body.” (Although Hashem transcends any connection to the world, once He created the world, it is necessary to draw G-dliness into it.) The Torah tells us that His “bread” is the korbanos, particularly the tamid offering, and nowadays, it is davening in the manner of an olah offering, which is entirely for Hashem. This is emphasized particularly on a weekday, when, despite being involved in mundane matters, a Jew begins and concludes the day with this “olah offering” of davening, bringing the “soul” into the world and drawing down Hashem’s blessings for children, life, and sustenance in abundance.
