Wow! Big news this week. Alberta is opening aggressively. Good or bad this means there's a lot more to talk about. :D  In this episode I tell you about what I've seen in the restaurant and event industries since the big announcement.  Then I go into what's upcoming including an awesome auction, transit to the mountains, Packwood Grand, and a whole series of restaurant news, (new ones, renos, and a dash of unconfirmed gossip). Spoiler Alert: it me. I am the guest. In this episode my boyfriend interviews me. This was done because I wanted to do a sound test before I had any real people on. Honestly, I'm not sure the sound worked very well... plez let me know. (especially if you know how to fix it).
