Roughly based on a 1919 play by René Fauchois (and subsequent film adaptation in 1932 by Jean Renoir), jolly ol Saint Nolte stars along side Richard "D-bag" Dreyfuss, Bette Midler, Elizabeth Peña, Tracy Nelson and Little Richard.

You know, the usual. But not if intrepid young journalist Jeremy can uncover his secrets before it's too late!

Along with attempting to recap this wild film, we deal with eternal existential questions like: what is trivia, what is a costume, can you go upstairs to a basement?

Directed by Jack Sholder, starring Michael Nouri, a young Kyle MacLachlin, Claudia Christian and a gang of familiar faces from 70's and 80's television, you won't want to miss this over-the-top yet restrained (huh?) scifi manhunt through peak 1980s Los Angeles.
