Z Media Worldwide Podcast and Music

Instrumental track. As it goes I was experimenting with 5/4 time (I really like it)... and I can see how remnants of this or that of our current sonic civilization have found their way into this... Even a trance like synth, oddly placed, then overridden

by Cellos... Just seemed the right thing to do.

Hi... hey this is a good place to write stuff.

You know, I use sound and music to capture

the prevailing situation, or capture that moment

we are going through... this is VERY unusual,

BUT COOL too... if you wait long enough you'll

hear my voice--talking about being framed by

a porn star.

Hmmmm... a lot or reality seems simulated and

I'm trying to stop that here. -Zeph

"Speak The Truth - Kellie, Michael and Zeph"

Song Notes:

There was a question that came in the early hours while I was thinking about our young people. How are they getting through this strange time we live in? Michael and I mulled over this in conversation. And this song came forth. His guitar says much of what the angst in my gut felt and then Zeph brought his drums and amazing production skills into the mix and brought what was in our hearts to fruition. It's amazing! 3 people. One in Santa Fe NM, one in Brisbane Australia, and another in Rocky Mount NC, making music together like we were making bread. We hope you enjoy! - Kellie Rowley

SPEAK THE TRUTH

Lyrics

There's a million lies whispering in your ear

They're coming through the airwaves and that's why you are here

This is the time, make up your mind

You can change your world

But first you gotta open your heart

And speak the truth inside

Speak the Truth, live the truth

Speak the Truth, don't be afraid, don't lie to yourself just speak the truth

Where are you going to in the search for your meaning

What have you gone through and is the past all its seeming

Oblivious, it's just us

Found in the wreckage of humanity

But what if I told you

Theres a way to keep your sanity

Chorus

They say open your 3rd eye

I say open up your heart

Question everything

Divide the light from the dark

And be brave, don't just behave

Laugh at the demons in their faces

Give your kindness willingly

Keep the bitter roots in their places.

Chorus

No Need (Fallen Ones)

by Zeph Daniel

Lyrics

I don’t need to be justified

by fallen ones

I don’t need to be rectified

by fallen ones

I don’t need to be justified

by a man

by a fallen one

I don’t need to be justified

by fallen ones

A kind of ambient dialogue in a derelict spaceship -- with movement.

Moog Sub 37 and Dholak (Indian drum). We are trying some post production on this. I released it yesterday as a "jam", and now this is one mixed.

FIND

by Zeph Daniel

A long distance to FIND what we are looking for... but the mistake is not to set out in the first place. To find is key, to have is golden.

A Zeph Daniel ambient cinematic spiritual track, with narration.

Lyrics

What good does it do a man to gain the whole world but to lose his soul....

to lose everything...what does it profit a man to gain it all and lose the One, the Life, what does it profit a man to win .... ooooh

And then I saw the highest mountains, the lowest valleys, the depth of the seas and everything in between and all the stars and all the past and all the future, and then I understood

And so he searches far and wide to find the One, the one thing that would make all make sense, that one last chance, that one last effort, that one last sojourn, that one last ounce of faith...

Find it or die

LOVE BLADE

By Zeph Daniel

I stab you

you stab me

Dancin’ fool

Go to the high mountain

Dance on the edge

Wanna see

what happened

In the end

will justice be served?

What up?

You love me and I love you

It’s one thing to sharpen a blade

it’s another thing to use it

We love each other don’t we?

So I would think twice if I were you

It’s one thing to sharpen a blade it’s another to use it

It’s one thing to sharpen a blade

it’s another to use it

Gettin’ down to it baby

Here’s your last chance

Will you take it?

Or do you forgive?

Or do you take it?

Last chance, baby

I know we’re gonna hit the wall

Last chance, baby

Should never have been that’s all

Let’s your soul explode

I think I really loved you

Here’s your last chance

That’s right

to the cliff

and over

Last chance, baby
