In this episode, I talk about the depressed season I have gone through in the past week and a half. I discuss what it’s like for me, and I talk about how I pull myself through it. I give a few pointers on what I do knowing that what works for me, isn’t necessarily going to work for anyone else! But maybe it will spark some ideas for people!
