07/29/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined on "News and Views" by Zach Ducheneaux, Administrator for USDA's Farm Service Agency under the Biden Administration. Zach previously served as the Executive Director of the Intertribal Agriculture Council, and served as tribal council representative for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. He and Joel talk about the cost-cutting relocations within the USDA by the Trump Administration.
