In this guided meditation for light body activation we travel to the Temple of Ascension. After a brief body scan we project our awareness to the Temple of Ascension a white granite four sided pyramid with a white flame running through the center.

As we enter the halls of ascension we see ascended beings from many dimensions, galaxies, and universes all come to assist humanity's evolution and tend the flame of ascension on this planet. We step into the white flame of ascension running through the center of the pyramid and allow it to wash through us from the feet up.

Then we open the gateway to intelligent infinity and activate our fourth density body, which is anchored in the high heart. We then energize that subtle energy body with dazzling white light from the flame of ascension. Then we move our awareness to our fifth density wisdom kosha/body, then upward to the sixth density bliss kosha/body. Beyond that we go to our seventh density body which is experienced as pure awareness.

Then established in our seventh density awareness we lift up to our 33rd dimensional crystalline body, which is pure white dazzling light. We once more invoke the white flame of ascension and energize all our gross and subtle bodies. We then ascend back through the densities of awareness, back to our fourth density body. Then return to our third density body, now filled with the white flame of ascension.
