TODAY’S QUESTION FROM SARA:

I’ve been experiencing this wild vacillation between excitement and anxiety—excitement, anxiety, excitement, anxiety. And I heard before that these two energies are reflections of the same thing, right? That you could turn your anxiety into excitement.

So there are times when I’ll play with that and try to be like, oh, I’m actually excited, and reframe that for myself, or help that part of me that’s anxious to feel the excitement. Usually, the anxiety is coming from that fear energy or the changing or shifting. So I can offer an alternative perspective to that part of me and say, oh, but we’re also excited about some aspect that’s coming that maybe we’re not focusing on.

And Zahera lately has been talking about the shifting between kind of the old and new energies and how that is alchemizing. That is the work that is shifting the energies. She talks about how everything has to come with us, and everything is energy, and energy can’t be destroyed. So once it’s created, it can only be transformed.

She said we’re in a process of transforming the energy. Everything has to come with us. And so I have really felt it, where we’re moving through the old and the new and the old and the new.

So anyway, I was wondering if she could give us a message today about this. Because I will say, it is quite intense in my nervous system. You know, the old fears come up, and then this new awareness or perspective meets it. And then I sit in that for a minute, and then I’ll be back in an old energy that is maybe one of more fear or stress or limiting beliefs.

And then it’ll shift into a new perspective and a new knowing and a new awareness. And I just keep moving back and forth and back and forth. So I wonder any thoughts she might have for us today on this type of motion that I’m feeling in my own being. And I’m also hearing a lot about for the other people are experiencing as well.

MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Yes. Very good, very good, wonderful. Yes, wonderful.

I am so excited to talk about this because it is a very important aspect of what you are doing right now, and the very special magic you are here to do at this time. And the exciting thing for me is being able to talk about it with you after you have a conscious awareness that this is happening.

Typically what would happen in the past is that you would be told about it later, and you could reflect back on it outside of the lived experience. You could reflect back and see, oh, that’s what we were doing.

But in the moment, having the awareness that something is happening here—we are doing something, I am noticing it, and now I am asking about it for more clarity in the lived experience—this is exciting.

This is an aspect that you can expect to see more of, where while you are in the experience of the transformation, you are able to hold an awareness of the shift you are making. And this is a very exciting aspect that is here for you now and that is coming. You are building, you are noticing this new shift.

You may not notice how important that is, how exciting that is, but for me witnessing—for those of us outside of the physical—to say, ah, look, they are noticing in the moment what they are doing. And they’re having a curiosity about it in the moment and able to hold it. That is very, very exciting for us to witness.

So let us discuss what is happening right now and how it is feeling.

It is an act of love. It is an act of love, divine union and coming together. You are bringing together the energies of polarity, the duality. It is not that we are leaving duality and returning to oneness as we have discussed before. You could experience oneness outside of the physical. You don’t need to experience oneness in the same way as you would here.

You came here to explore separation. And what you are doing now, however, is you are integrating your polarity with your awareness of oneness. You are able to—or on the road to understanding—that you are a separate individual spark of divine source, divine light. And you can have awareness of oneness and your connection with all, and that you are a part of all. But you can also have your own separate identity.

And so this process of forging, of shifting, has so many layers. We could talk about this one aspect for days and days, because there are so many layers that this one aspect you are asking about is doing, is expressing, is integrating.

So one aspect is you are reprogramming the energies of the old system and integrating with love and care the intention and desire that you have co-created as a collective for a desired future you are creating together.

So you have the aspects of the old and the new, and the old and the new, and it is a loving correction or alteration of what has been and what is to be. What has been and what is to be.

It is like you are mixing the dough, yes? And so these separate parts—the flour, the water, the yeast—are being kneaded together and integrating. And they are able to create an entirely new experience, a new sustenance, through the process of gently mixing them together.

And at times that can feel kind of rough. When you are kneading dough, it can feel intense. You can have to put pressure on it. It can require some challenging motion. But the result is just such a beautiful ball of dough that is so cohesive and balanced and centered, and can become something completely new that is very supportive.

So this is the energy that you are doing. You’re noticing these integrations.

Now, this is to support you as an individual and also to support the collective. So there are those layers of it.

There are also aspects of this for you to understand that you are moving in the direction of holding your own unique light, your unique sovereignty and authority, while also maintaining your awareness of your connection with all.

And so you are, again, integrating both aspects—like, I am part of oneness, I am a separate divine aspect. Like a pinky finger is connected to the whole body, but the pinky finger can also move independent of the rest of the body, but it always is also in unison with the whole.

Both are true. But it is important for the pinky to also know that it can move on its own, and at times it would be very beneficial for it to do that.

So this is another aspect that you are coming into awareness about.

You are creating an entirely new way of being. You are creating a new form of motion. We have talked a lot about we are moving, we are moving, we are in motion. And you are creating a new way to move through your experience here on Earth.

And so it is natural and normal for you to feel a little challenged by this shift because you are moving in a new way. You are moving in a new type of motion.

It would be like you have always been running, and then you decide to now ride a bike. You are still in motion, but it is going to feel very different. And while riding a bike could bring a lot more ease because at times you can just coast, it still would feel very strange. And different parts of your body might feel uncomfortable, and you might feel awkward at first.

So it is that kind of shift you are making.

Many of you are now deciding to move in a different way, and you are also inviting others naturally to make this shift as well. Again, there’s nothing you need to do to convince them to do this. But naturally, by your selection to shift in this new way, you are inviting others.

And you’ll be able to support them as well, saying, yes, that is normal to have this discomfort and this challenge. To have this discomfort and this challenge as you are making this transition is normal. But it is worth it, yes?

So this is something that’s going on now. And that is not even to mention all the different layers of healing you are doing at the energetic level, and all of these layers of all of these aspects that you are bringing healing to with your attention and your desires.

So I hope this was supportive for you today. And again, all of creation is celebrating you and your work here. Thank you for being a part of this great awakening. Many blessings.

CLOSING THOUGHTS FROM SARA:

There was so much there. There were so many layers. There was so much. I was really excited even about the things she—I know she couldn’t express all of it today. So I’m here, I’m excited to hear more as we move forward.

It’s really cool to imagine just all the layers that we’re impacting with these moments where we’re just thinking, oh gosh, I’m kind of irritated, or, oh man, that old thing came up and now I’m going to send it love, or I’m going to notice that I’m feeling afraid. And so that’s okay that I feel afraid. I’m not judging myself.

And then also I’m excited for moving in a different way. And also it’s like all of these things existing simultaneously in our lived experience.

It’s interesting hearing her perspective of how many layers of creation are being impacted by those moments, and that they’re just sending us love with non-judgment and gratitude.

And also the idea that us just having awareness—just the awareness that we could have—is how powerful that is. It’s easy for us to minimize our experience here, but it’s really, really supportive to hear their perspective of us.

TODAY’S QUESTION FROM SARA:

Today we’re gonna hear a question from a question and answer session that we previously had with Zahera, where people can come and ask their questions to Zahera directly.

And so the question that was asked was, I’m curious about your perspective, or if you could paint a picture for us as a collective around what it might feel like, what it might look like, what it might be like, sort of in that period, immediately posed to what people call the ascension point.

So let’s hear what Zahera said about this.

MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Ah, yes. Wonderful. Thank you very much. This question is a beautiful one.

And it is also complicated because what... what is the post-ascension is different to each and every one of you.

The idea of this, what this means, the point in which you will be noticing and claiming it is always going to be different for each person.

It is an illusion that there will be one person aspect and then it will be all over because it is in again in motion so it is moving and moving and moving and moving it is a lived experience this awakening and this expansion and so it is more in the sense that one day you as an individual will wake up and you will say,

Ah, I think it happened. But I think it happened quite a while ago.

Yes.

And for each person, it will be different because for some of you, you will ascend to what you would call ascend to the energy of, let’s say, I’m losing words that you would be familiar with, perhaps. You might say you would, I think I have ascended to this energy of new earth.

That could happen tomorrow.

Because it is a state of energetic being, right?

And really what is happening is more and more as people will do this on their own, you will all begin to see each other there and notice each other there.

And you are not going to just disappear out of this world in the way that your fantasy novels might describe, and even in the ways that people will receive visions about what is coming.

Please understand there is a lot of metaphor, there is a lot of dream-like story-like imagery to help understand the shift.

But the lived experience will be much more natural.

It will be not as noticed and I must emphasize that this is in the design.

There are some who will be very disappointed at this information because they would like a big to do.

They think that that would be beneficial and helpful and they ultimately want to say I told you so, yes.

But the goal of creation is to move and support you so easily through the process of ascension that you would not even notice it.

And that is the path that I am dedicated to assisting in.

That is the path that is ultimately going to bring you the greatest peace and joy and ease.

Yes, we are just flowing in the path and then we will one day be there and you will be there for a while before you will even notice you are there and then you will say,

oh, I think we are here. I think this is it.

because it will feel so natural, because it will take you time to unwind.

So it’s like you are arriving, and then you still are going to be in an old energy, but in a new location, and so it might take time.

Let’s say you are from, I’m sorry, it’s not bad to be in a big city, but let’s say you’re coming from the big city energy, we know this story, and then you move to the country, and you’re still running around, running around, and then one day you’re just being and watching the sunrise and you are saying oh country life yes you’ve been in the country for a while but it takes some time for you to acclimate and your nervous system to adjust and so this is not one big bang this is a this is a soft rollout yes yes very smooth that is the goal.

Now, if you’d like me to continue on on that topic, we can discuss not necessarily this first shift, because that is going to be unique for each of you, but then we could look at what would the lived experience of each individual be at this new energetic state.

Some have implied that this type of experience would be in a sense boring or there’d be nothing to do.

When you imagine this heaven-like state, you would sometimes imagine running around, playing games and singing choruses and doing nothing.

I mean, that’s silly.

In creation, there is always more because you are an evolving energetic being.

And so you would always be learning and shifting and growing.

So wherever you are, you’re going to experience existence and creation in an entirely new way.

And so there will always be more to do. to I want to say do but it’s more to experience and more growth and you will be looking through a lens that is so different.

So it is like right now you are looking through a lens that has a red filter and everywhere you look you see red and then you shift and now you are seeing the entire world as orange.

And you are looking at through a world of orange and then you shift and you are looking through a lens of yellow, right?

So each time you could be in the same space, but you can experience it in a whole new way.

And that is what is going to happen.

And the beauty is, in the past, when people would shift to this frequency, they would often be alone.

And you have witnessed this in the prophets of your world where they would shift to this energy.

They did not disappear.

They remained in your visibility and they shifted energetically.

But they were very lonely there because others did not follow, because they did not know how.

And so a roadmap was left for humanity to continue to move in the direction of awakening.

And it was of the people to decide when the moment was for this collective shift.

And here you are today and you are ready, and you are willing and you are able and it is happening.

And so this time as you shift, just as you are noticing in this wonderful community, that you are finding more people as you are awakening and shifting and you are able to come together and this type of energy will continue.

And more and more you will find spaces and places where people are awakening to new energies and then building and creating from a healed state.

Can you imagine the beauty that would transpire if you were all building from your healed state of creativity and love and passion and joy, from balance, from honor, from sovereignty?

From worthiness and non-judgment, if you were to create from this energy, what would be, what could be, what would happen?

What a magnificent experiment to undertake.

And that is where the world is transpiring into, transforming into nature.

You are shifting into an energy where you will be able to create in this balance that you have never experienced before.

CLOSING THOUGHTS FROM SARA:

Her message today is really interesting to me because I have had plenty of people in my life over the years who have really been desiring a big to-do, a big hurrah, a big moment where we can all say, aha, see, look.

And it’s really that sort of gotcha moment. Everybody sees it. Everybody understands.

And I think it’s normal for us to still be holding on to that desire and that wish. It’s just the way our world has operated. It seems like, oh, that will feel good. Then it’ll all be okay if everyone sees. Then we’ll be safe.

And it’s interesting because Zahera over and over and over describes that this is such a personal and unique experience.

And I’ve also received so many messages from spirit that their desire, if they could have their wish kind of for this awakening, it sounds very much like they would prefer us to hardly notice, to hardly notice ascension and this energetic shifting that we’re doing, because that would mean we were so supported and it happened so smoothly that that we didn’t need major destruction and disruption.

Now, of course, we’re right now going through quite a period of destruction and disruption, but...

I think you understand. I mean, I’m talking major catastrophe, the whole everything’s on fire and burning and brimstone and everything. That is not the goal of the universe for us.

That is not their intention or their desire for us to experience. So, beautiful message today.

From time to time we have live Q&A sessions with Zahera where people can live ask questions that they have for her.

And today I’m going to share with you an introduction to one such session.

So before people start asking their questions when we have a session like this, Sahira typically gives an opening message and this one I find particularly beautiful, where she talks to us about what we’re doing here right now.

And she acknowledges the chaos that we’re feeling, but also to me gives really clear visual and awareness of what we’re doing as a collective at this time.

So I’m excited to share this opening with you.

MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Ah, yes, very good. Wonderful.

It is feeling so wonderful today to be with you and there is a centeredness and a settledness to be here with you.

I am grateful to bring this energy to you today as you are navigating so many energies in your physical world that today we could share a space and be in an expansive space with each other, allowing ourselves to feel beyond our current circumstances and perhaps breathe into the energies that we are calling to us at this time.

It is important for us to remember that we are in motion, that we are moving, that we are flowing.

We are not stagnant water that is filling with fungus and disease.

We are moving. We are filtering.

And while there are aspects that we do not want to keep with us, we can know that we are in motion and we can witness them as we pass them by.

And in this way, we shift the energies and the attachments with which we hold the experiences we are having and the aspects that we are witnessing during this time of great transformation.

For it is at this time that all must come to the surface which we have not been wanting to witness and see.

You divine beings of light, you are here to be the ones to bear witness to the aspects of this reality which those who have come before you were not prepared for.

They could not understand. They could not integrate. They were not the masters of alchemy that you are.

Yes, you are masters now, friends.

You are the ones who have come here to bear witness to the pain and the suffering, to the trauma and the fears of generations of people.

You are here today now, friends. You are here to move the collective consciousness of this world.

Move it. To birth it into being in a new state.

Yes, you are here. You are birthing. You are feeling the labor pains of this shifting.

You are witnessing the quaking and the shaking.

And I ask you now to hold firm, to know in your heart that you are not watching the death of a nation, of a people, of a society, of sanity, you are actually witnessing and birthing new life into this world in a way that it has never been experienced before.

Let us take a moment now and hold this truth and feel this idea and energy move through our beings.

Very good, you divine beings of light, your energies are shining and rising.

You are the torchbearers. You are the ones to energetically lead the way.

It is not in the doing that you will find your way through this, for as I have said, this is a birth.

And in a birth, you are to be, you are to hold space, you are to bear witness, you are to respect the movement and the flow and the path that you must take to welcome in this new life.

Yes. Very good.

Closing Thoughts from Sara:

This message today helps me to remember that we are in motion. As she said, we’re moving.

And it’s really important to be aware of what we’re doing here because it’s so easy when we’re in it to forget what’s happening and to get pulled away thinking about the worst case scenario.

But I wonder, what if everything’s going beautifully?

What if things are manifesting for our highest and best good?

What if things are moving in the direction of us creating the world that we are desiring?

TODAY’S QUESTION FROM SARA:

From time to time, I find myself wondering why Zahera wants to be here with us—why she feels called to help us through this great transformation. What is it that drew her to assist humanity during this Great Awakening?

From the very beginning, Zahera has said that she came through specifically to support us during this time. The first time we truly connected, she channeled The Way of the Light. What’s interesting is that I had received, all the way back during my first awakening in 2009 and 2010, that I was going to write this book. I didn’t know what it would be about, how I would write it, or what would even be in it—I just knew it existed.

Then, in November of 2021, I had a hunch. I wondered if maybe I should channel differently—if I should allow messages to come through my body. I had already been working as a psychic medium and channeler, receiving messages in many ways: automatic writing, psychic impressions, intuitive knowing. And I thought… what would it be like to channel through my body?

So I set up a camera and invited in the energies.

What I now realize is that I had already been doing this during client sessions. There were moments when messages would come through me, and I would speak them—sometimes in my own words, sometimes as I heard them. At the time, I didn’t fully understand that I was channeling in that way.

That day, I invited in any energies of light who had a message to speak through my body. Zahera came through. She shared her name and told me she had been with me for quite some time, waiting for this moment. She said she was here to share with me the way of the light.

For the next several weeks—almost every day—we channeled together. She began at the beginning of the book and spoke all the way through to the end. What amazed me most was that I already knew the chapter titles. For years, I had wondered what was supposed to go in those chapters, and I never understood. And then she arrived with all of it.

As it was happening, I remember thinking, I know I didn’t know this information. I had tried for over a decade to figure out what belonged in that book, and here it was—flowing through so clearly. That’s when I truly knew this was legitimate.

So today, I’m wondering if Zahera might help us understand why she chose to help us during this Great Awakening.

TODAY’S MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Yes.Wonderful. Yes, yes, yes.

I am a being who has never physically manifested, and I never will. I experience existence outside of space-time in a very different way than those of you who are in physical form.

There is different work to be done at each layer of consciousness, at each level of awareness. And for me—who will never experience physical reality in the way that you do—you could say I am like a foreign exchange student. I am temporarily able to connect and be present with you.

There are adjustments required for me to tolerate your density as I come in and connect. That experience itself is unique, something I would not know if I did not take up this role.

It was always foretold that this would be our connection. This was part of the plan. When the invitation went out for beings to come forward and assist, I was excited to be a part of it.

I am in awe of the work being done here. I hold deep love, reverence, and gratitude for everything each of you is undertaking and participating in. Everything you are doing is inspiring to me.

I wish to offer support in any way possible. Knowing that I will never physically manifest, it is a great honor to be able to bring wisdom, guidance, and encouragement to those who are doing the work.

You are the ones doing it. I am simply here to support you.

It is a great privilege—for myself and for all of creation—to assist with this great transformation, this great remembering. We have also witnessed the framework of fear that has led to so much pain and suffering, and that too has been difficult to witness.

And still, we are in awe of you. We always have been.

We are inspired by you, dear ones. And now, as you permit us to be here, to offer guidance and support when requested, we are so grateful for this deeper opportunity to connect with you—to support you more regularly as you continue your mission.

All of creation is celebrating. All of creation is in gratitude for the work you are doing. This transformation is underway. It is inevitable. It will happen naturally and easily—but not without your consistent, persistent energy, attention, and care.

I am deeply grateful to witness and assist.

And that was really lovely.

One of the things I love most about Zahera is how she’s helped me shift the way I think about our guides. Early on, I was taught to see them as beings far greater than us—while we were small, lost, or doing everything wrong.

And yes, in some ways, we don’t have access to the same information. But what Zahera—and many other beings I’ve connected with—have shared is that they are in awe of us.

They think we are amazing. They think what we’re doing is extraordinary.

Zahera often speaks about how intense this density is—how much fear and distortion exists here—and how many souls wouldn’t choose to participate in this experience. Many wouldn’t want to take this on.

But those of you who are here?You’re the ones who said, We can do this.

That’s a whole conversation for another time. But for today, I think it’s powerful to hold this knowing: that spirit, our guides, and divine beings of light are in awe of us.

That’s something really special.

TODAY’S QUESTION FROM SARA:

Today I am really struggling with some anxiety.

I’m feeling anxiety in my body. I’m… I’m having these old limiting beliefs, I guess, or fears coming up.

And it’s kind of frustrating because I just, obviously, I just want to feel at peace. I just want to be okay. And then these other voices keep coming up like, there’s a problem. You’re screwing it up. What’s wrong with you?

And I even just a minute ago did a little bit with that voice. I sent some love to it. And these voices, I was like, hey, just so you know, I really don’t need support in a negative way anymore. I want to be excited and I want to be supported with positive things versus looking at the worst case scenario. That’s not actually helpful to me anymore. Thank you.

So that’s what’s going on in my heart today. That’s how I’m feeling. That’s the energy I’m having today is really… I do feel like… I do have a belief that there’s an integration. This is kind of part of an integration where that old messaging comes up and then there’s a new messaging here and we kind of move back and forth between the two as we integrate.

But I have to say, I’m just kind of exhausted this morning and I, with the whole thing, um… So this isn’t really a question I get. I don’t know what I’m saying. This is what’s on my heart.

And I’m excited to jump in and connect with Zahera and see if she has anything to say on what I’m feeling and what’s on that kind of energy to support us as we continue to move forward.

So let’s talk to Zahera.

MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Yes, very good, very good. This is a wonderful discussion we are going to have today.

Let us begin with the foundation of the framework of fear that you have been existing in for your entire recorded history. You have been existing within a framework of fear. This framework has been given the opportunity to have its time. We will go more into that at another time, but that is what we need to know for today.

The framework of fear is now coming to an end. It is crumbling and we are moving into the era of light. The framework of light is replacing the framework of fear.

As you are making this transition, there is a normal recalibration that has to take place.

The other aspect we must discuss as we set this up is that once something is in creation, it cannot be destroyed. You cannot create something and then uncreate it.

Certainly, you could have a chair made of wood and you could then say you could burn the wood and it would no longer be a chair, but you cannot create its reality, its participation in this creation. It is.

Once something is, it just is.

And so in that example, you can transform the chair. You can say, ah, we have a chair and we would like to convert this wooden chair into fuel for this fire. And then that fuel will turn into smoke and become part of the air. Yes, yes, yes. There’s always change and transformation.

But you can’t say this chair never existed. Well, I suppose you could say it, but that would not make it actually not exist in creation. The chair does exist.

And so as we make this transformation from the framework of fear to the framework of light, we must understand that everything must be transformed and everything must come with us. We cannot leave behind a mess. An energetic mess cannot be left.

So everything must be attended to on an energetic level. And that is what you’re doing now. All of you are doing this. And you’re doing such a wonderful job.

And it is a challenging position to be in. It will feel like quite a pull back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. This is the alchemy. This is the actual transformational energy you are participating in.

You are baking the bread, so to speak, right? So you would take the ingredients and you were transforming it into something completely new.

You are reprogramming the foundation of this world.

For you to say to your nervous system, to give notice, ah, we no longer want to engage in the energy this way. You are reprogramming and re-educating the foundational belief structures that your world has been built on.

They have been operating unconsciously for all of time and they have just been happening in the background. And now as you wake up, you have the opportunity to adjust the operational system.

You can notify that you would like to alter how you are interacting with the system, how you are receiving information.

What an amazing, amazing task. What a wonderful opportunity. Yes. Yes.

Do you see this? This is such an exciting time for you, for you to open and become the actual creator, for you to say, ah, I notify the program that I no longer want to be supported with fear.

Because the fear was being used for support in the old structure. Your nervous system was lovingly trying to support you by sharing fear of things that could go wrong to support you and help you to survive.

You are now desiring to no longer receive support in that manner and you are notifying this system. Excuse me. We would now prefer to be supported with the positive aspects, with excitement, with joy, with love in a positive way.

We would like to be… We would like to feel… the joy we will experience with the best outcome of taking action here, versus the fear that if we don’t take action, horrible things will happen.

So that is the way we must move. We must only move from the fear. We no longer want to move from fear because we are moving into an era of light. Yes.

This is a challenging transformation. You are working and moving and doing this in every moment as you are making these decisions, as you are deciding you no longer want to participate in these old energies.

What you do not see is that you are reworking the entire fabric of your existence.

As each of you do this individually, and then as you all do it collectively, you are reprogramming this world.

And I will add that not everyone needs to do the reprogramming for the reprogramming to happen.

If you are thinking of a video game, you don’t need everyone to reprogram the game for the game to shift. There are some people who are going to be the ones who reprogram an experience. And others will decide if they want to participate in this new version or not.

There are some who will be automatically participating in this new system without their awareness for quite a while before they are able to really experience it in their conscious awareness.

It is like some people will be playing the old game even while they are existing in the new game.

And please know I am not meaning to be dismissive of your experience by implying this is a game. This is your reality and that is valid. This is not a joke. This is not something we are playing with.

But it can be helpful to understand the concept from this idea of what it is to be in programming a video game and how you could experience that.

Yes. Very good.

TODAY’S QUESTION FROM SARA:

I’m wondering today what is going on. I’m wondering what is happening. I’m feeling really lost, feeling… I wouldn’t say lost, I would say I’m feeling floaty? I feel like… I’m not sure. Where are we going? What are we doing? It’s in the in between. We’re in the in between.

I feel also like there’s so much energy, there’s so much going on. Yeah, that’s what it is. It’s like there’s so much going on. I just don’t know where to even look or what to even do. I have no idea where to focus my attention or my energy, and I think I’m trying too hard. I think I’m trying too hard, which comes from an energy of fear…

When I stop trying, everything just falls into place in a beautiful way. So even as I’m saying that, I feel it in my body. Like, ah, yeah, I don’t have to try so hard. You know, that’s connected with this energy of proving and worthiness and… uh… connected with this idea of doing. I have to do it, I have to do more, have to do enough…

And that’s all part of the distortion that we’re healing, that we’re clearing. So I thought maybe receiving a message for clarity might be helpful today.

Yeah. All right, let’s see what comes through. So I’m gonna connect in and see if there’s any energies that will have a message today to help with this.

MESSAGE FROM ZAHERA:

Yes, very good. Very good.

This is Zahera here, and I am here today to tell you something very important. It is that the freedom you are seeking will cost you the attachment to the old life that you have been benefiting from.

Sometimes this benefit was not something that felt wonderful, but there was a benefit nonetheless.

You must be willing to release your hold on the systems that you have been using for support. Whether they are good supports or not, that is irrelevant. There are things that have been holding you up that you have been holding on to. And in order to step into the next layer of self-expression, freedom, expansion, you will need to let those energies crumble away.

And for a period of time, you will feel unstable. But know that it is not that you are actually unsupported at any moment. It is that things are shifting, and it feels different.

If you are carrying a package for a very long time, when you put it down, it feels odd. It feels like you should be holding something or that there’s something missing, because your system has grown accustomed to the holding, and it feels very awkward and odd to not have this space being taken up.

And while it is actually a blessing to not have to hold so tightly to this package anymore, it can feel very strange and at times, uncomfortable. And there is a window of recalibration as you adjust this.

This is the period that you are in right now.

Ah, yes, you are in a period of recalibration. You are shifting. You are moving.

You have already decided where you want to go, and you are in motion. I continue to say this because it is continuing to be true. This is a long journey of transformation, and that can feel very challenging because you just want to be settled. But the change and the motion is exciting because we know that whatever challenges we are facing, they are impermanent.

We know that we are in motion, and so nothing can hold us for too long.

We are not moving because we are running away or fleeing. We are in motion because we are creating a new life. We are creating a new world.

Yes, we are in motion because the supports that we were relying on for so long are no longer doing the job. We are looking for entirely new ways of being that are aligned with our deepest desire for love, connection, expansion, and collective consciousness awakening.

As we are in motion, we must move through so many layers, so many aspects that are challenging. As we move, we must see all that we have allowed, all that cannot come in the same form it has been being held here.

Many times, we didn’t even know what we were holding. We didn’t even know what we were participating in. And so now, we must allow a period of witnessing all that has been held as we decide to put it down and no longer carry it in its current form forward.

This is how repair and restoration can occur.

You are doing a magnificent job. This is challenging work. All of creation is celebrating you at this time.

Take care of yourself as you move through this transformation. Care. Give yourself grace and love, and know that you are exactly where you are meant to be at this time.

Closing Thoughts from Sara:

Okay, so that was a message today from Zahera.

You know, sometimes I feel like it’s like she’s always saying we’re in motion. She always gives similar messages, but then it does feel comforting. It does feel helpful to remember that we are doing something really big here.

And we’re having to continue to be human as we move, as we do all these big things, all these big energies.

I’ve described it before like we are renovating the house while living in the house. And it’s pretty wild having conscious awareness of this transformation as it’s happening.

I think often people don’t really notice what’s happening until after the fact. That’s more normal for us. But this is really cool because we get to see and understand a lot of what’s happening as it’s happening.

Maybe it’s okay at this time to feel like we’re not fully grounded because we are in motion and moving. Maybe it’s okay that things can feel like they’re slipping through our fingers or we can’t hold on too tightly, because we’re creating a new world that is more aligned with our deepest desires.
