Matthew Mutale is the Founder of Diamondale Foundation whose aim is providing a one stop centre that would benefit small and median sized enterprises (SME’s) access markets and funds that would otherwise not be available to them. Dr Emile Kue is the CEO of the proposed Hebrews Federal Credit Union which will be launched as a federal credit union that will support the African (Black) community and businesses, and the overall economy of our great nation. The proposed credit union will operate just like any other credit union in the United States with funds insured up to $250,000.00 by the NCUA, which is the equivalent of FDIC for banks.
