Fairworld Properties Limited (FAIRWORLD ZAMBIA) was founded by Mr Chisebwe Fumbeshi, holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy (Copperbelt University- Zambia) after working for R. M Fumbeshi & Company (Valuation Surveyors) for more than eight (8) years. Within the period, some of Zambia’s largest Companies, Banks, Mining Companies, Financial Institutions as well as private individuals are amongst the Organizations that FAIRWORLD ZAMBIA Founder has been trusted to represent and/or advise in his career. 

Mr Chisebwe Fumbeshi leads a team of professionals drawn from various disciplines including Environmental Auditing, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communication, Real Estate and Construction. Mr. Fumbeshi is the current chairman of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) and also a Full member of Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) and Registered Valuation Surveyor. Mukuba Business Solutions Ltd is located in Ndola Zambia and operates an auxiliary office in CT USA.

The Diaspora and management unit operates under the umbrella of Mukuba Business Solutions with a goal to assist Zambians having challenges managing their real estate and provide other solutions for them. Mr Mwanza obtained a real estate license in the state of CT in 2013 and is now actively involved in his family estate after taking a long break. Mr Mwanza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Business Administration with specialization in accounting from Myers University. He stays in Connecticut with his wife and three kids. He spends an enormous amount of hours doing community work.

Carol Chanda C. is the Founder of Carol Cares Foundation, a non profit organization which offers services to disadvantaged children and women in parts of Sub-Saharan Africa, teaching the community and creating  awareness on communicable and preventable diseases, women rights, education and advocacy. According to Carol, the idea behind Carol Cares Foundation is to:

Offer hope, restore dignity, be a mouthpiece for children who have lost so much in their lives. Orphans hold a special place in our hearts for they are vulnerable and helpless on their own. Our society offers little resources to provide a decent living for these children. It’s because of this great need to preserve and protect these children that Carol Cares Foundation was formed.

Carol Cares Foundation is currently involved in several projects, including a malaria-screening exercise in Ndola, Zambia, and fundraising for an orphanage also in Ndola.
