Potomac Nest Limited a Zambian owned company registered and domiciled in Zambia, in collaboration with ZDA-Henan Guoji Development Company Limited, has developed a housing scheme in Lusaka (Silverest Gardens) and Ndola (Hill Park), Zambia. The houses from this housing scheme in Lusaka can be purchased either in cash or through a mortgage bond, or in terms of an installment type of sale to be agreed upon.
Owing to the way incomes are structured in the Diaspora, i.e weekly, biweekly and monthly, Potomac Nest has come up with a unique solution for each of the above-mentioned income brackets, for payments to be agreed upon signing of the purchase contract.
