Jack is a former Division II baseball player at Spring Arbor University, and currently an online coach, and podcaster. Jack has always been passionate about sports and got to live out a childhood dream by playing college baseball. In college, as much as Jack loved the game, he knew that the chances of playing professionally are slim. After exploring some career options, Jack fell in love with fitness, nutrition, and the idea of being a coach. Throughout his professional career, Jack has served as a personal trainer and is now venturing out to start his own fitness business called JACKDUP FITNESS. Through JACKDUP FITNESS, Jack will not only be helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals, but also help them become the best versions of themselves in all aspects of their life. I love Jack's energy and I know that he's going to continue to use his platforms to help many people and spread good vibes. Cannot wait to see all the greatness that comes out of JACKDUP FITNESS!

Alec is a former Division I and three time All-American wrestler at the University of Michigan and is currently a Nike Athlete and professional athlete wrestling for the Cliff Keen Wrestling Club. As soon as Alec was able to get involved with wrestling, he did. Wrestling has been in his blood and something that he's given his all from the start of his journey. While others may have been taking a break or partaking in the social scene, Alec has always been working and pushing himself to be the best athlete he could be. These sacrifices are what has allowed Alec to chase his dreams and perform on the biggest stages of his sport. Alec is one of the hardest working people that I know, yet he's extremely humble and never forgets where he came from. I can't wait to continue to watch Alec on his pursuit to bringing home gold medals for the US.
In this episode Alec talks about being an athlete all of his life, the idea of “what got you there, won’t get you there”, the importance of chasing after your goals, and much more!

In everything that she does, you can tell that Vanessa just has a passion for life. Throughout her journey, Vanessa has gone through some highs and lows, but the lows have helped give her the perspective and appreciation for life that she has. Whether it's in here every day life or on social media, Vanessa is always 100% unapologetically her authentic self. I love that she knows who she is and embraces herself fully. I love the positivity than Vanessa puts into this world. I know that she will continue to be a positive source of light for the world and continue to accomplish great things. Additionally, AJ is a podcaster continuing video game news on the Directly to You Podcast. AJ has a great personality and sense of humor. From the start of this episode, you could hear AJ's personality right away. When AJ wanted to start a career with YouTube, his dad thought he would have to put it on hold while he attended college. However, AJ decided to do both and it ended up being one of the best decisions he could have made. When it comes to talking about interests, you can tell how passionate AJ is about the things that he likes. AJ is an awesome guy and I'm excited to see what he continues to do!

PJ is a former Division I baseball player at Michigan State University and is now the CEO and Co-Founder of the DONUT. DONUT is an acronym that stands for "Dose Of News Useful Today", and the DONUT is a daily newsletter that provides world news that is fact based and has an emphasis on positivity. In a world where a lot of news seems to be heavily leaning one side or the other, it's nice to be able to digest daily news that has equal representation, is always impartial, and really allows the reader to create their own thoughts or opinions. The way that PJ talks about news and what the DONUT does, you can truly tell how passionate he is. Hearing him share his stories also impacted me in ways I couldn't imagine. I hadn't heard either of the stories PJ shared until this recording - you just never know about what people experience and how impactful it can be on the way that we look at things. Wishing PJ and the DONUT nothing but continued success. I can honestly say that by being subscribed to the DONUT, my morning ritual has gotten even better and has given me a greater knowledge, understanding, and appreciation for everything going on in the world.

Taylor played Division I volleyball at the University of Oregon and currently plays volleyball professionally. However, Taylor is so much more than just an athlete. While the sport is her greatest passion, it’s not who she is. From the way that she talks about it, you can tell how much Taylor loves volleyball, but it's really cool to see her exploring her other passions like music. The past year has been a challenging one for Taylor, but she still tackles each day with a smile and a great attitude. It was really heartwarming to hear Taylor talk about the things and people that she loves. Whether it’s on or off the court, I know that Taylor will continue to do great things and I cannot wait to watch her journey.
