I never get tired of shining a bright spotlight on this elephant in the room, you know, the one I call the gender pay gap.
In many ways this elephant is a bully. And as bullies do, they pick on the little people, those they think are weak, someone who won’t fight back but turn tail and run.
No, I am not afraid of this bully. I want it to be afraid of me. When the gender pay gap sees me coming, I want it to run in the other direction, screaming as it runs headlong right out of my territory.
