It was a long and strange year in 2020.  My plans for a busy and fruitful year did not happen as hoped but I finished my book, found a new publisher and managed to get my novel out before the year concluded.  A great experience, a new publisher and a new beginning.  Now on to 2021...

At the beginning of the year, I set a goal for the books I wanted to read.  I stuck to my list as best I could, however, like the outlines for my own books, the path was not followed.  I hope everyone met much of their goals in 2020 despite the zombie apocalypse and I hope we all find greener pastures in 2021.  Onwards!

I am glad to share the thoughts and inspirations that led me to writing Echoes of Innocence, the third Urban Fantasy book in the Linked trilogy.  When I first started writing in the genre, I only thought about writing books with the characters as they grew.  Today, I have released a fifth book with these characters and continue to love each of them.  I hope you do too.

As we continue to handle lockdowns, the need to preserve our memories, images and videos becomes more important than ever.  I had a few setbacks over the years with computers and backup external hard drives.  This resulted in my using two online storage services.  One Drive and Google Drive.  I discuss my reasons and results.

Among the passions I have in life is the active pursuit of positivity.  I continue to share my words, my images and my outlook so others can steer clear of depression, low self-esteem and negativity traps around the world.

There are many movies that stand out in my life.  This is a recent animated movie I was very surprised to have liked.  As a storyteller and artist, I especially enjoyed the many little details provided for fans both new and old.

There is much to be thankful every day.  This Thanksgiving, I wanted to look back on the year and look on how grateful I am for the gifts life has bestowed upon me.

I am one of the world's introverts, comfortable reading, writing and keeping to myself.  However, this has been a struggle over the years which I realized had to change.  Even as someone who has always been shy, it is important to connect with others.  Along with my creative journey, I have also been on a journey of self-exploration, coming out of my shell and connecting with the world.  It has been slow going but every worthwhile journey carries us a long way from our beginnings.
