John Gonzalez of MLive.com and the Behind the Mitten Radio Show recently sat down with Chef Joe Pearson about the newly renovated Zazios Restaurant at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo.

Owned and operated by Greenleaf Hospitality Group, the restaurant is re-opening to the public Feb. 5, 2016 after a month-long renovation. It now offers a larger private dining area and kicked-up interior design.

The new menu features an eclectic mix of world flavors. Guests can expect traditional dishes like duck and tuna, but with a worldly twist. Patrons also can expect extensive craft cocktail options and wine menus.
