My sister and I surprised my brother this weekend! A quick pop in to shake up some motivation.

“True success” segments will be back. Today, God dropped in my heart to continue to believe in good things so I wanted to expound on it with y’all. Set your intentions, affirm yourself and believe in good things! Affirmation of the day: I am more than a conqueror. I am believing that good things are about to happen!

True success is healing. True success is learning and using what you learned to help you in the present. True success is looking forward regardless to your past. True success is willing to be healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Along with some true success talk I also found foods that help with memory, brain function, and bloating( follow the links to learn what foods aid in these areas)

We are often tempted to do things but we are given the choice to make the right decision. This week let’s focus on making decisions that will benefit us in the long run. Delayed gratification is the best gratification.

What is relevant to you? Faith is relevant to me. Love is relevant to me. Peace is relevant to me. I could go on. In this time I’m paying attention to what is relevant to me, I encourage you to do the same.

Having wisdom is being patient, having wisdom is thinking before we speak, having wisdom is using our intelligence to change a situation. You have the power to change a circumstance by how you think. Be a wise person, a prudent person and think positive.

Being fervent is having intense passion. What do you have a passion for? Are you utilizing what you have to get to where you want to be? I have had to ask myself these questions in the past. Once I surrendered to God he showed me a way that I’ll never forget.

Labor Day recognizes all the people that work and work hard to make this country be great! We all make the world go around, be in observance today of how hard you work and do something for you!
