Self love is about improving and striving to be better. Along with becoming the best version of ourselves we must take the necessary steps to be who we are called to be. In order to rise up we must realize some habits are meant to be broken, but in return gain new habits that will aid in our growth. You can do it, so let’s make it happen!

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a man of peace and love. He believed that love was the way no matter the circumstance. As he once said in one of my favorite quotes, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” With that being said, allow Dr. King to inspire you on loving others today.

As humans, sometimes we let our ego cause us to do things for the wrong reasons. There is no reason to go out of your way to prove someone wrong, do it for you!

We all have a dream, or had a dream once.
