Getting up early is definitely one of the golden threads that links Elite Performers. The
best of the best get up early. If you were to ask me what’s the single best thing I do to realize my potential I would say get up early.

Consistently, I get up between 5am and 6am every day. I know that may sound strange - it gives me time to think. To go through my series of practices to lock into a state that I need to be in to go out into the world and do what I need to do.
