I would like to share with and insight about legendary leadership with you which I call it the Myth of Genius.

If you watch an Elon Musk, you watch a Jay Z, you watch Picasso, you watch a Mandela, you watch a Darwin, you watch a world class violinist, you watch an amazing chess champion, you watch a great athlete, and what happens? Society suggests that these people are cut from a different cloth. I call this the Myth of Genius.

Society suggests that these people have this natural talent that you just don't have, that these people have gifts that they were born into. That is such a lie. I know that's a strong word but it's a lie. It is a Myth of Genius.

The reality is genius is less about genetics and it's a lot more about a strategy and a series of tactics. Once you learn that strategy and once you discover those tactics then you have the ability to apply them...
