To achieve flow-state you need balance in every area of your life.  If you've never experienced it before, it can feel euphoric.  So, describing flow-state, essentially, means that your mind, body and spirit are all in synchronicity.  Your creative and analytical sides of yourself are in alignment and working together "in the edge". Work and creativity just start flowing out of you.  

This ability is crucial to achieving ground-breaking change and success and it's absolutely been practiced by every luminary there ever was, whether they knew it or not.  But what can we do to achieve flow-state for ourselves?  There's actually A LOT we can do to induce flow-state within us.

A bit of background on the current landscape.  Here at K&J, it took us four years to reach 250K per month in revenue.  Recently though, we launched a drilled-down business & it took us one month to reach the same milestone.  What can be learned here?   We stretched our minds to consider the possibility that we could deliver 10x the value at one tenth the cost.
