Jacqui Thompson is a freelance writer and the author of three books, all of which have been highly acclaimed. She wrote An Unpopular War, as well as two cookbooks, Zhoozsh! and Zhoozsh: Faking It. Rob Anderson is the real deal. In 2020, he sought Louisiana's 3rd District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. Congressional districts don't get much redder than that one, yet he and his "Rob Mob" continue to passionately fight at the local, grass roots level to represent the working class, to rebuild and build new infrastructure - which he defines broadly to include aspects such as universal health care and wifi for rural, poorer communities.
