At the outset, my respectful obeisance to all the Zen Masters who inspired this book's genesis and whose work deeply inspired my journey of involution. Their life-transforming work has indeed added much wisdom to this world. I also pay my respects to all the monks who carry forward their work in various monasteries and have kept the dialogue of Zen alive through debates on Zen's elements.

The sutras are mine. They may not necessarily follow a predetermined sequence. They may not also happen but surely they characterize the evolution of a leader.

When the witness is awakened and the mind is focused on the sense of purpose there arises a state in which the mind, body, and spirit are in a flow. And that is Zen of Leadership Excellence.

To gain enlightenment you must want it as much as a man whose head is held under water wants air.

The Pinnacle of Leadership is attained when the life script of an individual achieves the hallmark of becoming a book of knowledge thus becoming a role model who leaves a legacy behind.

Wise Leaders know everything is of transient nature and when will and wisdom combined are practiced with patience and perseverance, every problem then is always surmountable.

Awakened Leaders understand the power of their thoughts; they act as magnets that only attract powerful positive thoughts which are then actioned at the opportune time.

When one chooses to play a vital and proactive role in the evolution of consciousness or quality of life on the planet a Charismatic Leader augmented by a cause is born within us.
