Zero Fucks Given Presents: Partners in True Crime, The Emma Walker Case & Teen Dating Violence. With February being Teen Dating Violence Awareness month we wanted to look at the statistics of teen dating while also covering a true crime case that also was related. Emma Walker was a 16 year old high school cheerleader with her entire life ahead of her. Her life was cut short when her then ex boyfriend Riley Gaul who was 18 years old murdered her while she slept peacefully in her bed. Everyone initially thought it was a suicide but they quickly found out that it was not & that Emma was the victim of homicide. Turn in this week to hear her story & how she was taken from this world way too soon.

This week we talk about some real life shit, what's coming up going forward with the podcast & how we are going to be structuring the podcast moving forward each month. We are super exciting to announce what we have in store for you all. We also talk about our favorite show right now & what we feel like everyone is watching Vanderpump Rules!!!! We discuss the first 2 episodes and what we thought about them. 

Valentine's Day is next week & we bring the boys back to give us the male perspective of how they feel about the "holiday". We talk about how we feel about the holiday itself, how we celebrate it with our partners, when we have been single & gift ideas for both sexes. We also talk about different experiences we've had on past Valentine's Days & what we expect or don't expect. How do you feel about Valentine's Day & what are your plans this year? 

This week is a shorter episode than normal because we both were not feeling the best but we gave it all we had. We discuss the usual life update, some pop culture stuff & talk about some upcoming special guests. So make sure you listen until the very end to see who is going to be joining us next week. 

We are back with Season 2 & it's piping hot!! We discuss what has been going on in our personal lives while we were off for the holiday season, we share some exciting new things that we both have going on at the moment & of course we talk about our favorite reality TV shows. It's a short episode as we share with you the very first "episode" we ever recorded. This was the first time we ever recorded anything together & we didn't know how things sounded or what it would all come together at the end of the day. But we never ended up using this recording. So we are sharing it now as this past week was just a long week for us both. We both needed the weekend off from recording and editing, just to take some time to ourselves. Yes, it's also a short one cause we have grown a lot since we recorded this too & some stuff we talked about was just not who we are anymore. As humans we are always growing & ALWAYS a work in progress!!!

We hope everyone had an incredible Thanksgiving! This week we discuss how our Thanksgiving was & where we spent our time. Chelsie talks about her first Thanksgiving since weight loss surgery & the struggles she faced. We also talk about Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes since November is Awareness month for the disease. Paige talks about how she is faced daily with type 1 as her youngest son was diagnosed with the chronic illness at the age of 5. She talks about how her & her family deal with it & the struggles they face. Lastly, we discuss some Christmas prep that we both have already started one.
