Monica is our beautiful soul sister who joined us for one of our Sunset Healing Journeys at the beach. Chakras are believed to be the main energy portals in our body. Christina is a beautiful soul who attended one of our Zero Point Activation events (ZPA). In addition to sharing her experience and feedback about the event, she also talks about the story of her spiritual journey, spontaneous Kundalini awakening, what she is grateful for and what is in store for her to focus on moving forward.

"I AM" is such a powerful statement, and what proceeds it defines how you feel and what type of message and vibration do you send throughout the physical body. Conscious mind which is easily distracted and only manages 5% of our daily behaviors usually takes the back seat to the 95% subconscious mind which runs most of the show. Using meditations, and also the affirmations that proceed the "I AM" statement can be a pivotal point on your journey and rewiring your body, mind, & vibrations.

Our day to day behavior is based on our subconscious mind which is primarily formed in our childhood, and emotional DNA that has been handed to us from previous generations. We carry the trauma and memories that do not serve us in our nervous system which can manifest in our physical and energetic bodies and block us from achieving what we are aiming for. Good news is it can be cleared from our auric field through energy work, meditation, NLP, and bringing awareness to these programs that do not serve you and replace them with new ones through self-hypnosis, affirmations, & energy healing.

Crystals and Pendulums have many different uses. For example, they can be used to cleanse and activate the Chakras, be used for energy work and manifestation, and it can also be used to communicate with spiritual guides and guardian angels to receive messages.
